A little tennis and a little racquetball

Yesterday was the nicest day! It was 60 degrees. Jenelle had a play date over at Emmeri's house. So Curt and I hit the tennis courts. A lot of people had the same idea. We took an open court with a little ice on it. Curt slipped on the ice. He did a beautiful tuck and roll. Since he broke his wrist last summer he has learned to tuck and roll. He no longer puts his hands out to break his fall. We moved to a different court. We don't want anyone getting injured!

It was so great to be out in the middle of winter playing tennis. It was even more fun because I won. Curt and I are very evenly matched at tennis. Normally he wins the first few matches of the season. It takes me a while to find my game after a long winter. But we've been playing racquetball at Bally's for three weekends in a row now. So my game is in full swing. Curt better step up his game if he hopes to win. I won't mention who has been winning at racquetball. :)

I'm glad to see January over with. Now I can look forward to Spring. That groundhog better see his shadow tomorrow. Or not see it. I can't remember which one is the good news.

I so much enjoy reading your blog. I would have loved to see the tuck and roll. Curt learned an important lesson from his last fall on the courts. Now if he would just stop falling.
